Glaucoma impairs your vision. With low vision it can be difficult to do things such as read, cook, drive, and others. Make sure to visit your doctor so that he can recommend some visual aids to help you in your everyday life.

To avoid head injuries, close all your cabinets when you have done using them. And, when you are looking for something you have dropped, make sure to place your hand out in front of your face first to avoid hitting your head on something. Sleep with an elevated at night. You might want to get those wedge pillows because such pillows can help with low eye pressure.
But you still need to consume plenty of water throughout the day. If you don’t walk to knock things down while walking, then hold onto your guide’s arm and walk slightly behind.
